Far Away Inside comes back to the sonic swamplands in new clothes. We created a song early in the bands career a couple of years back about an elaborate road side attraction called The Thing in Texas Canyon Arizona. The piece never felt resolved, so we turned the car around and revisited the song adding completely new lyrics. It's a melancholic jaunt unafraid of dancing in the graveyard. While the Pandemic crisis we're all experiencing has supported revisiting the song, many of the passages have been brewing for some time. This one sounds best on headphones, or on a late night highway drive into the west.
